A diocesan priest is best understood as the priest that you see in your local parish.He looks after the entire population of a particular parish with all of the needs included.He takes care of specific people, adults, single people,married people, elderly, sick, youth, children etc.His ministry is as varied and as wide as the needs of every human person living in his parish.
